Requeriments:

• Refrain from eating red meat (especially pork) from at least 24 hours before.
• Refrain from drinking alcohol of all kinds (from 3 days in advance).
• Do not eat from noon until the time of the ceremony.
• Do not be taking any medication or suffer from heart disease or psychiatric treatment.
• Being an adult.
